We deliver within Pakistan to locations supported by our courier partners. If your address falls outside their delivery coverage, we will contact you before dispatch.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Processing may take longer during public holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand.

Please provide your full name, complete delivery address, and an active phone number to avoid delays.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery normally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may require additional time.

These timelines are estimates. Courier disruptions, weather, public holidays, and other unexpected circumstances may cause delays.

Shipping Charges

Applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before you place your order. Any free-delivery offer will clearly state its conditions.

Order Tracking

Where available, we will share your tracking number or delivery updates through the contact details provided with your order.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If you notice an error in your delivery details, contact us immediately. We can update the address before dispatch; changes after dispatch depend on the courier.

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number, or the recipient’s unavailability, additional charges may apply for redelivery. We will confirm these charges with you before resending the order.

Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or contains an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us. We will check its status with the courier and help resolve the issue.
