Refund policy

At Fortify Hair Oil, we want you to receive your order in excellent condition. If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us so we can help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify:

The product must be unused, unopened, and sealed in its original packaging.
You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
Your return must be approved by our support team before you send it back.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used hair oil cannot be returned for a change of mind. This restriction does not apply to products confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged bottle, leaking product, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible within the 7-day return window.

Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any required return delivery costs. An unboxing video may help us review your request, but it is not required.

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions and the complete return address. Please do not send products without approval.

Return Shipping Costs

For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return delivery cost. Original delivery charges are non-refundable in these cases.

If we supplied a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will cover the required return delivery costs and refund applicable original delivery charges if a refund is chosen.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method where possible. For cash-on-delivery orders, we will agree on a suitable refund method with you. Your payment provider may require additional processing time.

Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, it will be handled under this return policy.

Product Results

Hair care results vary from person to person. We do not offer refunds solely because a used product did not achieve a particular result. If you believe the product is defective or experience a reaction, stop using it and contact us for assistance.
